'Les Chouettes' is situated in Nendaz Station, opposite the main cable car which takes you to the top of Tracouet where the main slopes are. It is a newly built apartment and is situated on the top floor of a chalet-style building with astonishing views. When you arrive you will be welcome into a beautiful open plan loft style living room with glass doors leading to a large terrace and a log burning fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), large kitchen/living room area and 2 terraces, 1 at the back and 1 at the front of the apartment. In the building there is a lift, ski store facilities, a sauna/relaxation room available for use of our guests and 1 reserved parking space. The apartment is fully furnished and has anything you may need for a comfortable holiday, fully equipped kitchen, television, HiFi stereo system, DVD player. It is and feels very snugly especially when you come back from a "hard" day on the ski slopes!

Bathrooms: En suite bathroom to bedroom 2: bath with shower attachment, basin, mirror, vanity cabinet and wc.

Kitchen: The kitchen is built in wood, with good storage facilities, and is fully equipped. Stove/hob and oven, dishwasher machine, extractor fan, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc all of good quality and matching!
Utility Room: There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of the building for use of the guests.
Living Rooms: The living room is a large open plan area with a loft style feel. Very high ceiling with exposed wooden beams. Double French doors to a large terrace with spectaculars views. Large sofabed, puff, rags, bookcase, various cabinets, TV, DVD player & stereo.
