Haute Nendaz is part of the 4 valleys skiing area and caters for all levels with the highest lift at 3330m there is skiing and snowboarding all season as many pistes are above 2500m. Above Hautes Nendaz is Tracouet with a bilingual ski school for beginners and children. The ski lift is some 250 yards from the apartment .

Notes on prices
Prices are in UK Pounds for a weeks stay. Linen and cleaning are not included. The cost for this is 150 Swiss Francs for cleaning and 40 Swiss Francs for each the linen and towels for each bedroom that is used. If all 4 bedrooms are used the total cost is 310 Swiss Francs, which should be left in cash on the dining room table in the apartment.
Changeover day
Changeovers can be made on any day and for any length of time (min 5 days).

Egyptian cotton towels and linen supplied and are changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Open fire. The apartment is non smoking and no pets allowed. Please note that there is a fairly narrow circular stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms. The property also has the benefit ofa secure underground garage situate some 150 yards from the property and a ski locker adjacent to the main lift which can accomodate up to 4 pairs of skis and boots.

4 golf courses reachable in an hour, the nearest of which is at Sion 20mins away, with a championship course at Crans sur Sierre.
Skiing
Haute Nendaz is part of the 4 valleys skiing area and caters for all levels with the highest lift at 3330m there is skiing and snowboarding all season as many pistes are above 2500m. Above Hautes Nendaz is Tracouet with a bilingual ski school for beginners and children. The ski lift is 400m from the apartment and there is a ski bus every 20 mins that runs around the village in the winter.
Travel
Geneva is the nearest airport and is approx 1hr 45mins drive to the apartment. There is a train service to Sion approx travelling time 2hrs and then a 20 min taxi service.
Distances
Approx - Geneva 160km, Sion 15km, Montreux and Zermatt 1 hrs drive.
Further details
During the summer it is an excellent area for walking, mountain biking, rock climbing, mountaineering, tennis, horse riding and a heated outdoor swimming pool available June- September
