This is a spectacular villa located in the quieter north east corner of Koh Samui, between Samrong Bay and Thongson Bay. It has stunning sea views of Koh Som island and the Angthong marine park, with even more amazing sunsets. The main villa has a spacious inside living room, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 large en-suite bedrooms, outside dining area under the sala seating 6, outside terraces with lounging chairs, sun-loungers and a plunge pool. All rooms have stunning views across the sea. If required, there is a self-contained 1-bed apartment on the lower level, with a living room, kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small outside terrace area.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. They have teak flooring, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, large wardrobe space and sliding doors opening onto the terrace. Both are beautifully appointed, including art by local Thai artists. |
| Bathrooms: | Both en-suite bathrooms have wc, hand basin and shower. Bedroom 1 has an open shower, bedroom 2 has a shower cubicle. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven and grill, toaster, microwave and a breakfast bar. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious living room with teak flooring. 4 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, 37" plasma TV with surround sound, DVD (with extensive DVD collection for your use), CD player, MP3 connection. Also opens out onto the terrace. |
| Other: | A separate entrance from the side of the villa takes you to the apartment on the lower level. This has a living room with 2 seater sofa and armchair, TV, DVD, CD. Kitchen with 2 ring hob and fridge. En-suite bedroom with queen size bed. Small terrace. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels (including beach towels) and bedlinen are provided. The property is cleaned 3 times a week. Laundry can be collected from the villa if required at an additional cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Our English manager lives a 2 minutes walk from the villa and is on hand to assist with any questions. We request our guests allow daily access to our staff for cleaning the pool, watering plants and cleaning. Children are welcome, but supervision is required at all times, particularly on the terrace which can be slippery when wet. It should also be noted that there is a large drop from the edge of the pool and children should not be left unattended. We also ask our guests to only use air-conditioning when they are in the rooms.

There are a number of steps leading down to the 1-bed apartment.
Outside
There is a large dining table and 6 chairs under the outside sala. There are also outdoor chairs and sun loungers. The plunge pool is approximately 3m x 2m and 1.5m deep. The downstairs apartment has a small outside terrace with a table and 2 chairs.
Coast/Beach
It is approximately a 7 minute walk to the closest beach of Samrong bay. This is a very quiet bay, where you can sunbathe, swim, snorkel or take a massage from one of the beach masseurs. The other closest beach is Tongson Bay, which is about a 3 minute drive or a 20min walk down a steep cliff. Choeng Mon is considered to be one of the best beaches on the island and is approximately 7mins drive away. This is a more popular beach area with water sports and several restaurants available.
Golf
2 golf courses, the championship Santiburi course (where the Asian PGA tournaments are held), 25 mins away or the Bophut Hills 9-hole par 3, also about 25 mins away.
Travel
The airport is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Car hire is highly recommended and can be arranged for you if required.
Distances
There is a small local Thai restaurant 2 mins walk from the villa, but the best choice is available at Choeng Mon, where you can eat by candlelight on the beach or Bank Rak village, both about 7 mins drive away. Slightly further afield Bophut Fisherman’s village is probably one of the nicest villages to spend an evening and is approximately 15 mins drive away. For the best nightlife and shopping, then Chaweng is the place and is also about 15 mins drive away.
Further details
Big Buddha – the enormous golden statue is about 5 mins away. Wat Plai Laem – 3 mins drive away. Now the largest temple on the island. Jungle trips and elephant trekking. Namuang Waterfalls and Hin Lad waterfall. Samui Snake Farm - the snake farm is one of the most popular tourist attractions. Cable riding tour - in the hills of Samui you can experience cable riding tours sliding down into the jungle overlooking the many jungle trails. Magic Garden and Waterfall, the Magic Buddha garden was the inspiration of one man who built several statues, temples and waterfalls hidden in a location high up in the hills of Samui. Numerous boat trips are available to the surrounding islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and Koh Tao, which has the best diving in the area.
