The changeover day is flexible.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels for bathroom use only and linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis with full linen change. A welcome pack is provided for you on your arrival usually consisting of bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk, jam, water and wine. |
Notes on accommodation
Not suitable for very young children as pool area is not enclosed.
The apartment can sleep 6 with the 2 sofabeds in lounge but would recommend a maximum of 4/5 as far as sunbeds, dining chairs and wardrobe space is concerned.
Hairdryer provided.
Outside
Pool area is furnished with 4 sunbeds and parasol. Terrace area furnished with table and 4 chairs. The pool is shared with two other apartments.
Coast/Beach
The town beach is mainly pebbles and is on the east side of the harbour. 10 minutes drive on the picturesque road to Kas is the secluded Kaputas beach. Patara beach is well known and has 18km of golden sand, about 20 mins drive and can be reached either by taxi or dolmus. A free taxi service is available to the Yacht Club and Kalamar Beach Clubs, both provide restaurants and sunbeds. The Mahal and Lycia Beach Clubs offer a free boat service from the harbour.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport and is 1 hour 45 mins drive. Transfers can be arranged to and from airport. Local car hire is available if you wish to travel further afield but is not essential as there is a good bus service and plenty of taxis.
Distances
The nearby mountain village of Islamlar has a trout farm that provides a restaurant, is excellent value for money and the views are wonderful, 20 mins drive. Buses run to nearby Kas, a medium sized town with large harbour, shops and banks, 25 mins away and the harbour town of Fethiye, approximately 1 hour. There are also several ancient ruins all within easy reach of Kalkan.
Further details
An abundance of reasonably priced excellent quality restaurants, 2 well stocked supermarkets, plus a weekly market held on Thursday. A pharmacy, dentist and doctor are in the town, plus post office and bank for changing money.

A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week to be paid on booking. Full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure.
