Towels and linen are included. The villa has a full weekly & mid week clean. Pool is cleaned daily. |
Notes on accommodation
This villa has been tastfully styled and furnished so that you come back time and time again. All the Villa woodwork was re-varnished for the start of the 2007, new outdoor furniture, new downstairs curtains, wall hangings, plus many other small items to help you feel at home. The villa is protected by window mosqueto nets for your convenience and relaxation.
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for elderly or infirm guests, the price you pay for the stunning and totally unobstructed view is the walk down 80 steps past the two villas situated above Villa Jade. There is a hand rail and lighting for evenings.
Outside
Large outside area around the pool with stunning views across the Kalkan rooftop resturants and blue seas. A full set of brand new quality wooden furniture complete this villa. A balcony leading from both bedrooms looks out over the pool where meals can be taken.
Coast/Beach
1 km from the beach at Kalkan which is fairly small. The fantastic 20km beach at Patara is only 10 mins drive away and offers all facilities.
Travel
Dalaman airport takes about 1 hour 30 minutes by taxi or car, both of which we can organise for you. For winter lets, Antalya airport takes about 4 hours on the coast road, 3 hours on the mountain road.
Distances
Situated in the heart of Lycia, Kalkan is close to many ancient sites. It is surrounded by stunning mountain and coastal scenery. The well-loved gorge of Saklikent is about 1 hour away.
Further details
Kalkan is full of wonderful restaurants in its winding cobble streets and roof terraces, and of course its pretty harbour. Its quality shops offer many wares, including glass, silver, gold, leather, carpet and Turkish specialities. Water sports, including diving are also available.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is needed to secure your booking. The balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, or immediately if less than 12 weeks before you depart for your holiday.
