New beachfront apartment with fantastic view and 2 balconies. This 2 bedroom apartment is located on Calis Beach with only the promenade between the complex and the beach. The apartment has very good view over the beach and sea where you can watch the beautical sunsets. The beach is very children friendly. The Calis area is full of good bars and restaurants. Fethiye town has a great selection of shops and night life as well and it only takes 10 min with bus/taxi or you can even go by scenic boat. The complex also has a nice swimming pool and garden area. This apartment is great for the couple or small family that like to live on the beach, have everything you need closeby incl. swimming pool, but still be able to sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful sea and sunsets.

Renters have to clean dishes and leave the apartment in good order. Also renters have to bring their own towels and linen. |
Notes on accommodation
We ask that smoking is done on the balcony.
Outside
There is large shared pool and nice garden area. By the pool there are some shared sun beds. Also there are shared free of charge sun beds on the beach infront of the complex (of course, availability cannot be guaranteed).
Coast/Beach
The beach is just infront of the complex and from the apartment's balcony you have a great view over the beach and sea (see photo).
Golf
There is a new golf course appx. 30-40 min away from Fethiye.
Skiing
Turkey is in the process of building a few skiing resort which is apx. 1-1,5 hrs drive away from the apartment complex.
Travel
Dalaman airport which is completely new and very modern with good infrastructure. Dalaman airport is appx 35 miles away and takes approximately 35-40 mins by taxi. Transfers cost is appx £50 return for 1-3 people and £60 return for 4-6 people. Return transfer fees are payable in sterling to the driver.
Distances
There are lots of local shops and restaurants only a 2-3 min walk away. You can rent a car only 2 min walk away and register for different touristic tours. In addition, a new hospital is also located few minutes drive away.
Further details
Fethiye area offers a large variety of touristic and sporting activities such as scuba diving, paragliding, waterskiing. As an example it's Turkey's premier scuba diving location both for experienced and non-experienced divers. There are many different boat trips and other historical tours.
Booking notes
40% deposit is payable on booking and the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 refundable security deposit is payable with the balance.
