Stunning 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Off street parking for 2 cars. In a much sort after postion our villa has been tastefully decorated using top quality fixtures and fittings which create a relaxing and comfortable feel unlike most of the other villa interiors. Top quality entertainment equipment throughout the villa such as a wall mounted flat screen LCD TV with surround sound, ipod docking station and a LCD TV and Playstation games console in the attic room. The villa has 2 large balconies accessed from the bedrooms (with table and chairs where you can sit and watch the sun go down drinking wine and eating locally grown olives). Relax poolside in the new grape vine covered pergola with traditional Turkish cushions, rug and table where you can relax and watch the sunset. Mature gardens with jasmine lemon,and banana trees. 6 handmade wooden sunloungers with thick foam covers English speaking property manager. References from last seasons guests available on request.

| Living Rooms: | Spacious living area with sofa, soft leather bean bags goat skin cubes and cushions, hand made wooden table and 6 chairs. DVD, CD and wall mouted flat screen TV. |

Soft luxury towels, rich cotton sheets/pillow cases all included. Villa cleaned once a week with extra cleaning towel change upon request. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned which can be switched to heating for the cooler months. The villa has baby facilities but we the owners are no way responsible for any accidents ,as the pool is uncovered and the villa has marble floors throughout. There is a Playstation console and flat screen TV provided in the attic room.

Outside
Mature gardens with olive, banana, fig and lemon trees. 6 x sunbeds (with thick foam cushions), sunbed tables and parasol umbrellas, hand made wooden table and 6 x chairs and BBQ. covered pergola with traditional turkish cushions rug etc, great to relax and enjoy the sun sets over the bay.
Coast/Beach
A 5 min walk to beach clubs. 10 min drive away and your find the 7 mile protected Patara beach, voted as one of the best beaches in the world.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman, approx a 1 hour 15 mins drive. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged by us at very competitive rates.
Further details
A £150 deposit (non refundable) is required on booking. The remaining balance plus a £100 damages deposit (returned 1 week after vacating, based on checks by the property manager) is required 6 weeks before rental period.

We do not refund any monies due to guests flight cancellations or flight companies going bankrupt, we the villa owners advise that suitable travel inusrance be in place at time of booking flights to cover such events. It is worth mentioning that most credit cards would cover such cancelations as part of there insurance should flights be booked via a credit card.
