A brand new luxury villa set in a pretty garden on the hillside above Kalkan. The villa enjoys stunning panoramic views of both Kalkan and Kalamar bays and the surrounding Taurus mountains. It is bathed in sunlight throughout the day but due to its elevated position benefits from cooling sea breezes. The villa is spacious, light and airy and has been furnished with comfort in mind making both indoor and outdoor living a pleasure. It is tastefully decorated encompassing both English and Turkish influences and has stunning antique style mosaic floors throughout. Villa Bahce is set in a quiet location which affords a good degree of privacy. In the evening, sitting beside the floodlit pool, surrounded by the numerous outdoor lights and looking down over the twinkling lights of Kalkan makes alfresco dining a magical experience!

The villa has a lovely garden with mature olive trees, which provide some welcome shade. It has a private dining terrace under a pillared canopy with a large wrought iron table and six chairs.

Fantastic beach at Patara 11km of unspoilt coastline is only 20 mins Dolmus ride away.
Several beach clubs in Kalkan provide swimming platforms and water sports.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman. Transfer time approx 90 mins. We can arrange transfer by air-conditioned car - £55 or minibus-£65 each way. Alternatively car hire can be arranged either at the airport or in resort. Car is not essential and taxis are plentiful.

Kalkan is one of Turkey's best kept secrets, nestling at the foot of the Taurus mountains with one of the prettiest bays on the Mediterranean coast. Once a tiny fishing village it is now a small, sophisticated resort which appeals to the dicerning visitor. Its narrow cobbled streets wind down to the harbour and are lined with numerous interesting shops selling a variety of goods such as carpets, jewellery and local crafts. There are a multitude of excellent roof top and water side restaurants serving all manner of culinary delights including many local dishes. After your meal you can go for a stroll and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of Kalkan at night....perhaps do a little shopping and finish with a night cap at one of Kalkan's small bars. If you are feeling energetic there are lots of local sporting activities such as scuba diving,trekking and jet ski-ing etc. Perhaps take a trip to one of the many magnificent historical sites such as Xanthos,Tlos or Myra & Kekova....or maybe just relax by your own private pool. There is something for everyone in Kalkan !

Deposit 20% payable at time of booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Damage deposit--£150 paid by cheque prior to holiday and returned uncashed within 2 weeks upon your return.
