Brand new luxury detached villa with its own private pool, situated on a small peaceful location in the lovely village of Ovacik, on Turkey's Turquoise Coast. It benefits from stunning, spectacular views of the surrounding mountains where you can watch the paragliders as they land on the nearby Olu Deniz beach. The Oludeniz lagoon and the Belcekiz beach are known as ‘The Blue Paradise’ and are only a 8 minute dolmus ride away from the villa. Large private pool. Changeover day
There's no set changeover day to allow greater flexibility in booking flights. Clients may access the villa after 4pm on the day of arrival. Property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless arranged and paid for in advance.

| Living Rooms: | Open plan loung/dining area, fully air conditioned. Full entertainment systems (new TV, DVD, stereo), fireplace, 2 comfortable chairs, pouffee, large sofa, which converts to a double bed, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
2 sets of bed linen for each bed and towels are provided. Cleaned and changed at end of each rental period or weekly, if required, for an additional cost. Villa towels are for use inside the villa only and guests MUST use their own towels for pool/beach. |
Notes on accommodation
4 sunbeds with mattresses and an umbrella are provided for guests sole use, plus patio table and chairs. In addition there is a small table and 2 chairs for each bedroom balcony. The air conditioning units double up as heaters for our guests who may book in the cooler months. There is also a safe provided for your valuables and and external alarm system plus door and window locks for added security.

Outside
Access to the lovely gardens and large front sun terrace is through 2 wide, fully opening, patio doors from both the dining room and lounge which overlook the large private swimming pool. There are sun beds and garden furniture and also an outside shower. The large private swimming pool is fully south facing, has a pool ladder leading into it, is of tile construction and has no sharp edges; it is 7m x 4m and is 1.6m deep. There are interior pool lights and garden lights to illuminate the area at night, plus a security light.
Coast/Beach
Olu Deniz beach is appro 8 mins by local dolmus where there are shops, restaurants and a long sandy beach. There is also the famous Blue Lagoon and Suara Beach with beautiful sandy beaches with sunbeds, umbrellas and a few pedalo's - for the more energetic! There is a beach cafe and, in addition, a raised restaurant with panoramic views of the lagoon. There's a free taxi service available to take you from Olu Deniz to this beautiful beach - just phone them. The number is available in the villa.
Golf
For all you golf lovers there is a brand new Golf Course near Dalaman planned from 2008.
Skiing
New from 2008 there is a Ski Resort near to Dalaman for those of you who like a challenge.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approximately a 45 minute drive and we will be happy to arrange transfers for you at around £30 each way for up to 4 people, £45 for 5 or more. In August 2006 a new tunnel was completed which has considerably reduced the transfer time to about 45 -60 minutes, depending on traffic.
Distances
Ovacik is a delightful village and is approximately 60kms from Dalaman airport. It is right on the border of Hisaronu and about a 8 minute dolmus ride from Olu Deniz. Fethiye is about a 8 minute dolmus ride away and has a beautiful harbour, many shops and restuarants and a wealth of historical and cultural sights.
Further details
Fethiye offers everything shoppers could wish for, and more. It has a massive weekly market on a Tuesday and a smaller version of this is held on a Monday at Hisaronu, which is about 2 minutes from the villa on the dolmus. There are numerous things to do including tours, excursions, boat trips, paragliding, scuba diving, walking, hiking, horse riding etc. There are 2 large secure cash kiosks within a short distance from the villa plus a large supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa with 2 more large supermarkets in Hisaronu.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to confirm a booking, with the balance being payable 10 weeks prior to your booked date. At this stage a £150 good housekeeping deposit is required (should any breakages occur). This is returned to you within 10 days of your departure, if no damage has occurred. Please make sure, when booking the villa, that all details are correct. We recommend you take out the appropriate travel insurance as no responsibility will be accepted by the proprietor.
