This duplex is on the 2nd & top floor of the Elite complex (3 buildings) with it’s own private pools and garden. Upstairs, the spacious open plan kitchen/living area leads onto a large sun terrace with a BBQ and sea view. Downstairs the double bedroom leads onto a private balcony. There’s a bathroom on each floor, air conditioning throughout, a boiler for hot water, satellite TV, washing machine, electronic safe and mosquito nets on all doors and windows.

Notes on accommodation
Pools are for sole use of complex guests. The main pool is 80m2, the child’s pool is 15m2 and the sun terrace is 40m2. The complex has an external security door with intercom system. All furniture and bedding/linen is new. There are no pets allowed and no smoking allowed with the duplex.

Outside
The complex has well kept walled gardens and pools, (available May-Oct), which are exclusive to the Elite complex and only accessible via locked gates. The complex also has outside lights.
Coast/Beach
The 3 main beaches and resort centre are a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. All beaches are well kept with fine golden sands. A paved promenade with seating overlooks the main beach which is ideal for families.
Travel
Bodrum airport is approximately 1¼ hours away and Izmir airport approximately 1¾ hours. Expect to pay approximately £10-15 per person each way for airport transfers (details of reliable travel agent can be provided upon request). A car isn’t needed in Altinkum - the local bus (dolmus) is approximately 40p and a taxi approximately £5 to anywhere in Altinkum.
Further details
Altinkum is ideal for everyone, especially families. As well as lots of restaurants and bars, there are also a couple of night clubs. Food wise, every taste is catered for from traditional English dishes, to great Italian, Chinese and Indian restaurants. The traditional Turkish dishes are also good and should be tried.
Booking notes
Please contact owners by email/telephone for further information. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is due immediately to confirm booking and the balance is due and payable no later than 12 weeks prior to departure. A holding deposit of £100 cash will be required on arrival and will be refunded at the end of the rental period on condition that there are no damages/breakages when the property check has been completed.
