Dalyan is a magnificent place that has a lot to offer its visitors. Besides the normal sun, sea and sand, it also has a freshwater lake, a river, mud baths, hot springs, a historic city and staggering mountain scenery in what ever direction you look. Because of Dalyan's legendary ecosystem which has survived for millions of years it is now a protected conservation area. Dalyan is a maze of channels which composes of 1700 hectares of reed beds, and four lakes. The largest lake being 55km2 with a channel that links it to the Mediterranean Sea. There are 18 species of fish, 5 of turtles, 13 of snakes, 18 of mammals and hundreds of bird species. The famous and very rare Carretta turtle (some reaching up to a staggering 200 kilos) have been in existence for 95 million years. They return each year to lay their eggs on the protected Iztuzu beach, for this reason the beach is closed to the public from 8pm-8am in the nesting season.

Transfers available upon request. £70 per booking, this includes our villa representative, transfers to and from the villa and a welcome pack upon arrival (tea, coffee, bread etc). Long term rentals are available upon request.

All linen and towels are supplied, there is a weekly maid service and the pool is maintained on a daily basis. |
Notes on accommodation
You have exclusive use of the villa and there are no extra charges. Full air-conditioning is included. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool is carried out every day. The services of English speaking agent are included, and all tours, car hire, bicycles, etc can be arranged.

Accessibility
Dalyan is situated on a delta, giving access to Iztuzu beach (Turtle Beach) by river boat or dolmus (local bus) where you can swim in the clear waters of the Aegean and enjoy the sunshine.
Outside
Outside is a covered seating area overlooking the pool and surrounding mountains. This area is equipped with a table and chairs for dining.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful 5 kilometre long Iztuzu (Turtle) sandy beach can be reached by road, or by the many boat transfers at a cost of £2 return.
Special interest holidays
The area is renowned for it's natural wildlife and many birdwatchers come from all around the world to see the many rare breeds.
Travel
Your nearest airport to Dalyan is Dalaman. You will be met by our representative, who will then take you to the villa which is a 30 minute drive.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking, with details of flight numbers and times. The balance is to be paid one month before your holiday date. A reminder will be sent to you.
