It is only a 5 minute walk to the old town and beach. 20 minutes by bus to the beautiful village of Kas on the Turquoise Coast. This is a new apartment with 5 swimming pools (shared use) and a lovely garden. It is fully furnished and brand new. Kalkan is charming and beautiful, a wonderful place to spend a relaxing vacation. There are many restaurants in the town and boat trips can be enjoyed from the harbor. From the apartment complex you can enjoy panoramic views of Kalkan Village, the Bay and the mountains.

There is a small beach in Kalkan alongside the harbor - 5 minutes walk from the apartment. KAPUTAS BEACH is 10 minutes by mini-bus from Kalkan and PATARA BEACH is 20 mins from the town. There are several excellent beach clubs situated around the Bay of Kalkan and these can be easily reached by free water taxi from the harbor.
Travel
Closest airports: Dalaman/1.5 hours. Antalya/2.5 hours. Car hire recommended/taxis available at airport. Public buses to Fethiye and Kalkan.
UKL 50 one way transfer from Dalaman airport to Kalkan - can be arranged through our local agency.
Distances
5 minutes to Kalkan town center. 20 minutes to Kas by mini-bus. 1 hour to Fethiye. Close to Xanthos and Satlikent Gorge.

Kalkan is serviced by tour operators, buses, coaches and taxis.
There is a weekly market every Thursday offering leather goods, clothing, fresh fruit and veg.
