Our beautiful Florida villa occupies a double plot (South facing) overlooking a small picturesque lake. The house has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Both master suites have doors opening out onto the extended pool deck, which is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a large table. The pool deck is ideally positioned to watch the sunset over the lake. The house has been equipped to provide visitors with every comfort and convenience they should require

Outside
The house is situated on a double sized plot of half an acre and has been beautifully landscaped. The pool deck has been extended providing plenty of room for 6 padded sunloungers and 8 padded chairs with a large table for outside dining. There is a gas BBQ provided. The pool is 25' x 13' and is electrically heated (essential for winter months). Adjoining the pool is a heated spa.
Coast/Beach
There are several excellent beaches nearby. The nearest are Englewood and Stump Pass Beaches which are about 10 minutes drive away. The beautiful beaches of Boca Grande and Manasota Key are about 20 minutes away.
Golf
Rotonda is surrounded by many excellent golf courses, the nearest being about 1 mile away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Fort Myers - 70 minutes.
St. Petersburg - 80 minutes
Tampa - 90 minutes
Car hire is essential.
Distances
The nearest supermarket/shops/restaurants are about 5 minutes drive. The town of Port Charlotte is 15 minutes away.
Further details
The house is ideally situation to enjoy the many restaurants, shopping areas and sporting activities. Golf, tennis, cycling, horse riding, jet ski, boat hire, fishing are all available within a 2-20 minute drive.

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to stay.
£200/$300 security deposit.
