The beautifully landscaped pool area is this villas most attractive feature. The freeform pool is 30ft x 15ft and has a large spa. With raised deck areas featuring planters, mature palm trees and low level plants together with 3 waterfalls and a fountain this pool has the wow factor.

Outside
The South facing 30ft x 15ft pool is very private, with no pool either to the side or rear. It features a large spa, waterfalls and fountain and can be heated in the cooler months if required. The pool also features an amazing fiber optic display where a flick of a switch will transform the pool and surrounding landscape to a colour changing paradise.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach (other than Disney's Blizzard beach) is on the East coast at Daytona, a pleasant trip by car of around 70 miles.
Travel
Nearest airport is Orlando International at 23 miles away. Sanford International is a 40 mile journey.
Distances
Clermont is a 10 mile drive North where you will find lakes and quaint shops. Disney is just 10 miles away and Universal studios and Sea World around 20 miles East along I4.
Further details
Weston Hills Estate is on the fast growing Highwat 27. A Walmart Supercentre is just 2 miles away. There are numerous local restaurants within a short drive and the start of the 192 neon strip is just 2 miles South. Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets are also nearby for convenient shopping for groceries.

The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
