Englewood, has over 27 miles of white sandy beaches many of which are almost deserted during the week. With Manasota Key to the North and Boca Grande to the South, our villa is perfectly located 15 - 20 mins drive to these fabulous beaches where pelicans fly overhead and dolphins swim in the sea. Englewood is one of the last parts of the Florida coastline to be discovered and is being developed on strict guidelines. Nearby Port Charlotte caters for all those craving retail therapy with a large Mall, whilst the outlet malls of Sarasota are 50 mins drive away. This area is known has Florida's hidden secret and its easy to see why, the deserted beaches and the overall character makes for relaxation in the sun. Such a contrast from the busier area's of Sarasota and Fort Myers, never mind Orlando. Even the locals call it paradise, come and experience all this area has to offer.

Notes on prices
Prices depend on party size and season. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Prices include all taxes, local telephone calls and end of stay clean. Cots and high chairs can be hired at a nominal cost. The only extra would be electric pool heat, if required (recommended November to April) £60 per week. We able to accept bookings by Credit Cards via Pay Pal, however, this would incur a 3% service charge, to cover the costs of PayPal.
Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days.
We realise that flights are cheaper midweek.
The villa is available after 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask you vacate the villa before 10 am the day of departure.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both master suites have their own TV / DVD and look out to the lanai and pool. |

| Kitchen: | A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. |
| Utility Room: | A separate utility room with washer and dryer. Iron and Ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 32 inch satellite TV, DVD and CD. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. |

All towels including beach towels and bed linen are provided. The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. |

Fully air conditioned and ceiling fans. We have sought to provide every conceivable extra including toys, books, games, pool toys, beach accessories, CDs and DVDs to help you enjoy your vacation. All towels including beach towels and bed linen are included. Bring your laptop and make use of our Wireless Broadband connection. We have 4 adult bikes.

Outside
South west facing spacious lanai and extended deck area where the 14ft by 26ft electrically heated swimming pool awaits, (pool heating recommended between November and April) The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a large table, 6 chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dining. It an ideal place to relax in relative privacy and soak up the sun.
There are no further development to the right of the villa, just the nature reserve and a lake which houses (June 08) our new nearest neighbours, a family of otters.
Coast/Beach
Englewood has over 27 miles of white sandy beaches, many of which are almost deserted during the week. With Manasota Key to the North and Boca Grande to the South you have an endless choice. Stumps Pass beach is one of our favourites, we took a walk along here one morning and at the end of the Island overlooking the bay we were rewarded with the sight of 6 Dolphins playing. It was an amazing, and of course I had left our camera and video in the car !!.
Golf
Rotonda itself is surrounded by 5 golf courses. There another 20 courses within 30 mins drive. You can walk to the Club House of Long Marsh Golf Club in less the 10 mins from our villa, in one direction and onto the Long Marsh Course in 5 mins in the other.
Travel
The International Airports of Tampa (1.5 hours) and Fort Myers (1 hour) provide easy access to this area.
The Theme Parks in Orlando are 2 hours 30 min drive away.
Distances
Englewood and its beach and Boca Grande are 15 to 20 mins away at normal speeds rather than high powered jet.
Large Supermarkets 10 mins away. Port Charlotte 20 mins.
Venice 30 mins. Sarasota 50 mins. Fort Myers 50 mins. Naples 75 mins.
Further details
Rotonda consists of many beautiful homes, which have been built on large lots amidst natural lakes, canals and golf courses. Many Americans and Canadians have made this area their home and you will be staying in a quiet and peaceful residential community. Which is also home to an array of Florida wildlife including pigs, raccoons, bobcats, turtles, alligators and a variety of birds. A nature reserve and conservation area has been maintained in the centre of the Rotonda, where you can get close to 'Real Florida'. With stunning beaches, fantastic wildlife, golf, and an array of attractions nearby, surrounded by numerous restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities, our villa is ideally situated to enjoy all this area has to offer. We have a very helpful and efficient management company, who look after the maintenance of the property, which includes weekly pool service, lawn maintenance and cleaning after your stay. In addition to office hours for general help and advice about the villa and the area, they are available 24 hrs a day in case of emergencies.
Booking notes
20% deposit secures both the price and your dates, the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday commences together with a Security Deposit £100/$175 which is reurned at the end of your holiday. We send you a receipt for any money sent to us. On receipt of the full balance we send you we send you instructions how to access the villa, an information pack about the area and the villa itself.
