Set within the Pine Valley sector of Rotonda West, the villa backs onto a lake and has golf course fairways beyond. The villa is situated just minutes from numerous golf courses, ten minutes from beautiful Gulf Coast beaches and boat access to the neighbouring islands.

Outside
The private luxury, screened pool is solar heated with an extended sun-deck to maximize sunbathing space and to catch those breathtaking Florida sun rises. The pool area is equipped with a large range of patio furniture and sun-loungers, and a safety screen to deter small children. There is also a jacuzzi can heat up to 102F. Large double garage. The gardens are fully landscaped.
Coast/Beach
Stunning white sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast at Englewood are only 15 mins drive. There is an abundance of fishing and boating not only at Rotonda but also at world famous sports fishing grounds, such as deep-sea fishing for Marlin off Boca Grande island which is only a 6 mile drive to the south, so why not charter a sailing boat with a skipper? Water sports are available in abundance including parasailing and ‘waverunners’ (jet-skis), windsurfing and scuba diving.
Golf
There are at least 5 golf courses within the boundaries of Rotonda and another 5 within a 20 min drive.
Travel
The house is on Rotonda West circle and is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Charlotte County in the south Gulf Coast of Florida. The Cape Haze Peninsula is approx 1.5 hours south of Tampa, between the cities of Sarasota (45 min) and Punta Gorda. Orlando is approx 2.5 hours away.
Distances
This part of Florida is an ideal base for day trips to explore the many local attractions. The ‘Everglades’ and Islands are just 2 hours drive to the south. Tampa Bay with Busch Gardens is 90 minutes drive to the north and we think this is one of the best Theme Parks for families. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Central Florida, only 2.5 hours drive away.
Further details
There's an abundance of good local restaurants in the area and all daily provisions are available from a selection of well-stocked supermarkets in Englewood within 5 minutes drive. For more general shopping there is an excellent Mall at Port Charlotte. And don't forget the Factory Outlets (shop 'til you drop!!) for designer bargain shopping all within 1 hour's drive at Ellenton and Ft Myers.
