This exquisite south facing and privately owned villa is based in a quiet location in Rotonda. You get all day sunshine near the pool. The back of the property overlooks a conservation area where you can view wildlife while having a BBQ near the heated swimming pool. Most holiday makers choose this area as their holiday base because it is near all major attractions such as the sandy beaches, lakes, restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls, Disney World etc. There is a 7 foot pool table and a Foosball table available for your leisure. All bedrooms come equipped with LCD TV combo DVD player and satellite cable. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a jacuzzi.
The living room has a LCD TV screen with PS2 player with games such as FIFA 08, Pro Evolution Soccer 2008, Gran Turismo, Smackdown Vs Raw. In total, there are 15 PS2 games to choose from. We have bicycles available for guests who want to go riding. There is a fast internet connection available, so please bring a laptop.

This is a brand new property and as such, there is a discount on rental prices until further notice. Price per week in UK Pounds or Dollars equivalent (inc US taxes and Florida taxes).
For booking, please phone or e-mail. Newly build special offer until further notice. For reservation, we require 20% of rental. £150 security deposit required 6 weeks before holiday dates, paid at the time of booking. Deposit will be held.

There is flexibility in our changeover days to help you in booking your flights. Arrival time after 4pm and departure time before 11am.

The swimming pool has a lanai and comes with a protection for the security of little children. The villa is fully air conditioned, including fans.
The Lounge and the bedrooms have LCD TVs installed with PS2 and games.
All smokers should smoke outside the villa.
There is an English maintenance team based very near the villa and are available anytime of the day for any issue that might arise.
There is an integral electric double garage with remote key pad. Pets may be allowed but the please ask for details.
We have Guest information pack with information such as the street maps local restaurants, golf courses, beaches and other interesting things one can do over there.

Outside
The pool is rectangular in shape and is 25 x 13 in size. It makes use of a solar system for heating. The lanai is furnished with quality sun loungers with table and chairs.
There is a child safety fence around the pool (removable). There are loads of floats, balls and toys for use in the swimming pool.
The area is absolutely perfect for cycling which is why we have 2 bicycles available for leisure rides.
The villa also has a double garage with remote control opener.
You can watch the wildlife at the back of the villa while having a swim or having a BBQ with the BBQ grill by the pool.
There is also 7 foot Pool table complete with cue sticks and balls available for your leisure. Also available is a Foosball table.
Coast/Beach
Rotonda has a real Caribbean feel and the Gulf of Mexico’s white sandy beaches are just minutes away on Manasota Key. There you can enjoy swimming, fishing, shelling and other beach activities such as Go boating, kayaking, jet-skiing, scuba diving and swimming.
Golf
The area is full of golf courses with prices for a 9 hole going from $15-$30. There are also opportunities to play golf all day and all week if desired.

There are 2 bicycles available for your leisure. The area is absolutely perfect for cycling which is why we have 2 bicycles available.

Fort Myers airport 45 mins, Sarasota airport 45 mins, Tampa airport 90 mins, Orlando airport 2.5 hrs and Miami airport 3 hrs.
Distances
Englewood 10 mins, Port Charlotte 10 mins, Busch Gardens 90 mins, Disney and other theme parks 2.5 hrs, Miami 3 hrs.

There are 6 golf courses in Rotonda and many others are there in nearby areas, including Riverwood, Lemon Bay and Bobcat Bay.
The varieties of 18-hole par 72 courses spoil you for choice. Dozens of restaurants are scattered in Rotonda area, offering a wide variety of cuisines ranging from seafood, Italian, barbecue to burgers and pizzas.
The Lemon Bay Playhouse and the theaters at Port Charlotte feature live performances. You can even watch movies in and around the Rotonda area in the evenings.
Music enthusiasts can enjoy several classical and pop series, organized by Charlotte Symphony League.
Fishermen’s Village is a large shopping and dining complex on the Charlotte Harbor waterfront. You will find gifts, clothing and nautical items.
There are also brand name outlet malls for an excellent choice and bargains, like the Outlet Center at Ellenton.
If you happen to be a complete shopaholic, you can head to Naples. Shopping in Naples is a treat. Here you can find amazing selections of stylish centers and plazas.
