Our villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), fully air-conditioned open plan living, split-bedroom floor plan, breakfast bar, separate dining area, and a large family room. The villa opens out onto a double sized pool deck (lanai) and a beautiful pool. The solar heated pool and lanai is private with a sweeping vista over a pond and the length of the 7th fairway of Long Marsh golf course with green belt beyond. A south west aspect makes it ideal for sunbathing, and winding down with the backdrop of magnificent sunsets. We are close to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice. There are top class golf courses nearby as well as great shopping and restaurants. In short, all you could want for a fantastic holiday. Contemporary and tasteful furnishings and comfortable sofas make for an ideal setting for relaxation. Cable/satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa will be available from 4pm onwards on the day of arrival and guests must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

Outside
Large private solar heated pool. Electric pool heating can be provided for a small weekly fee. A barbecue is available for our guests. The pool is large and there are plenty of pool toys. A full set of garden furniture and six recliners are also provided - all you will need to relax and enjoy the sun, the pool and the wonderful views.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to the Englewood and Stump Pass beaches. 15 minutes drive to Boca Grande which is has beautiful, quiet beaches. Furter afield, Venice and Sarasota are well known for beautiful golden beaches.
Golf
Rotonda Golf and Country Club has 4 excellent courses on the doorstep - Long Marsh, The Links, The Palms and The Hills. All present a variety of interesting challenges and are highly rated. An excellent value golf package is available. There are numerous other courses in the immediate area.
Travel
Tampa airport - 90 minutes drive.
Orlando airports - 3 hours.
Miami 3 1/2 hours.
Fort Myers and Sarasota airports are about 30 minutes away.
Distances
Busch Gardens - 90 minutes.
Orlando and Theme Parks - 3 hours.
Everglades - 2 1/2 hours.
Naples - 90 minutes.
Sarasota - 30 minutes.
Venice - 20 minutes.
Port Charlotte - 20 minutes.
Further details
Local shops (Publix and Wynn Dixie) are 5 minutes away. There are a variety of good restaurants close by and Port Charlotte Mall which has great shops, restaurants and cinemas is 15 minutes away.
There are large retail outlets at Ellenton (1 hour away) and just south of Fort Myers where top fashion brands can be found at very low prices.
Choose from a wide variety of fishing opportunities from the local freshwater canals and lakes to the Gulf of Mexico. Boat hire, jet ski hire, or climb on board one of the many daily fishing charters, or just head out to see for a sunset cruise.
Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Central Florida, are all only 2.5 hours drive away. Busch Gardens – one of the States’ most popular attractions - is 90 minutes away and the Everglades 2 hours.
Booking notes
Minimum stay is one week. £100 ($200) deposit secures the booking with the balance + a £150 ($300) security deposit due 8 weeks before departure. Booking can be made by cheque or by Pay Pal if preferred. Please email helen@thegulfcoastvilla.com
