Accessibility
As the house has a downstairs master bedroom and master en suite it can be very useful for those less able to get up and downstairs.
Outside
Our house offers a private south oversized facing pool, The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is an extended decking pool area offering plenty of space for your group to relax on our comfortable sun loungers. There is also a child friendly safety net for that added peace of mind.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast beaches are a 60 minute drive.
Golf
For the golf lovers there are many excellent golf courses nearby. At least 12 are within a 10 minute drive. Clubs
and cars can easily be rented at the golf courses. Disney and all pleasure parks, waterparks etc are only a short drive away. On Highway 192 you will find lots of activities for the family including crazy golf.
Special interest holidays
There is some top golf course only 10 mins away, and if you enjoy horse riding there is a horse riding school 10 mins drive away, which allow beginners up to advanced, we have participated in this ourselves and makes a very enjoyable day.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes from our villa. Sanford Airport is 60 minutes away. Car hire is essential.

Further details
There are many restaurants, supermarkets and shopping outlets nearby. International Drive is a short drive with fabulous family restaurants including Race Rock Cafe. There is horse riding nearby, many golf courses. Crazy golf courses nearby.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked is required to hold a booking. Final balance is due 10 weeks prior to holiday start date, including a £200 security deposit. This security deposit will be returned within 21 days after your return home.
