Welcome to the wonderful Bella Vida resort and your holiday home! Beautifully designed and landscaped gardens leading to Mediterranean style villas makes this resort one of the best in Orlando. This gated community has everything you could want including a large communal pool, gym, children's playground and internet room to name but a few! Your home, which is conveniently set out on one level, has 4 bedrooms each with direct access to en-suite facilities, a large 30 x 15 heated private pool with spa and lanai. It is tastefully furnished with quality furniture and fittings.

Accessibility
It is a single storey, open plan house, ideal for people with mobility problems, although there is a small step into the house at the front, the rear and also into the showers.
Outside
Large 30 x 15 heated pool with spa, lanai area with table, seating for 8 people, coal barbecue and sun loungers. The pool area has a child safety fence (which is removable), for your peace of mind.

Dozens of golf courses within 10 mile radius (ask at the clubhouse for details).
Travel
15/20 mins from Orlando Airport, 1 hour from Sanford.
Distances
Disney is situated just 4.5 miles away and is approx 8 mins. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld just 10-12 mins. The US 192 is approx 200m from the resort with numerous restaurants, bars etc.
Further details
A 24 hour Super Walmart is located 100m from the Bella Vida entrance, which is situated directly behind the Medieval Times Village.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 must be received within 10 days of booking to secure your dates. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £150 is required which is returnable approx 2 weeks after vacating, providing no damage to the property has been caused.
